#NODIDDY | Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces Allegations of Drugging and R*ping Minor with Unnamed Celebrities

Seven additional civil lawsuits have been lodged against Sean “Diddy” Combs, with two of the accusers claiming they were underage when they were reportedly drugged and assaulted by the music mogul.

The Buzbee Law Firm, which previously announced its intention to file 120 more lawsuits against Combs, submitted five fresh complaints in the Southern District of New York on Sunday evening. Additionally, two lawsuits were filed in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, respectively.

One of these lawsuits, as reported by Variety, was filed by a Jane Doe who was 13 years old on Sept. 7, 2000, when she attempted to gain entry to the MTV Video Music Awards. Unable to enter the awards show without a ticket, she approached several limo drivers after the event in hopes of attending an afterparty. One of the drivers was allegedly employed by Combs and took the plaintiff to a party, where she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and was offered a drink.

The plaintiff claimed that after consuming just one drink, she started feeling dizzy and light-headed, prompting her to seek refuge in an empty bedroom. Subsequently, Combs allegedly entered the room accompanied by a male and female celebrity. She asserts that she was sexually assaulted by the male celebrity while the female celebrity looked on, followed by another assault by Combs while both celebrities observed. The lawsuit further states that following the assault, the plaintiff, now residing in Alabama, spiraled into a profound depression that continues to impact every aspect of her life.

Combs has consistently refuted all accusations made against him. When contacted by Variety for a response, Combs’ legal representatives reiterated their previous stance: “Mr. Combs and his legal team firmly believe in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the legal process. The truth will prevail in court: Mr. Combs has never committed any sexual assault — against adults or minors, men or women.”

In addition, his attorneys filed a petition on Sunday with the judge overseeing United States v. Combs, seeking to bar “further out-of-court statements from potential witnesses and their lawyers that significantly impede Mr. Combs’s right to a fair trial.”

Combs is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. after being apprehended on September 16 by Homeland Security on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to the allegations. Combs was refused bail by two different judges and is slated to remain in custody until his trial in May next year. If convicted of racketeering, Combs could be sentenced to life imprisonment.
